The Product Management team of Triodos Investment Management is responsible for the product life cycle management, the corporate household and the (semi) annual fund reporting of the Triodos investment funds. The department consists of a dynamic team of 9 professionals. Due to an internal career opportunity for one of our product managers, we are looking for a:
Senior Product Manager (32-40 hours)
As a Senior Product Manager you will have a central place in the organisation and will be responsible for the product management of Triodos SICAV II. This umbrella fund consists of Triodos Microfinance Fund and Triodos Emerging Markets Renewable Energy Fund. You will be part of the team of three product managers that takes care of the Luxembourg funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product changes and prepare product reviews to contribute to the optimal alignment of investment funds with the needs of our clients andapplicable laws and regulations
- Manage or be part of projects to optimize our current fund range and processes or to develop and introduce new funds
- Maintain contact and coordinate activities with, among others, external parties like administrators, depositaries, and accountants
- Prepare and take minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors and the Management Company
- Coach junior and medior product managers and support fund managers and sales managers
- Coordinate the set up and updates of legal and fund related documents, like prospectus and financial leaflets, in close cooperation with otherdepartments
- Coordinate the preparation of the (semi) annual reports of the investment funds, including alignment with external administrator and the auditor

Experience and Qualifications
- Personally connected with the values and mission of Triodos
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the investment management industry, preferably with Luxembourg investment funds, preferably withAIF’s
- Experience of working in and coordinating projects
- A pro-active, commercial and creative mindset
- Affinity with legal, financial, administrative, sales and fund management aspects
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Living in the Netherlands and allowed to work in the EU
