Currently, regulatory requirements - including reporting requirements - set on financial institutions continue to increase in number and complexity. At the same time, and following the implementation of a new Target Operating Model, Triodos is growing its capabilities to be visible in control of our value creation, risks, processes and products. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Policy Specialist to help us in this journey.

You are an experienced finance professional driven to develop the Regulatory Reporting Policies for the Regulatory Reporting team, supporting the quality of reporting of Triodos Bank, while helping to grow the overall maturity of the CFO function as well.

You will help us to ''change finance to finance change'', by being on top of changing regulatory regulations and translating these to (changing) requirements on the underlying / supporting infrastructure. You do so by

  • Bringing a good understanding of banking regulations (amongst others Basel IV, CRR, CRD VI) and enjoy interpreting and applying these regulations for the bank.
  • Developing, documenting, and standardising the key regulatory policies and reporting manuals in a structured and well substantiated manner.
  • Enjoying to translate new or updated regulations to reporting, process and business requirements.
  • Your capabilities in supporting decision making with sound technical considerations.
  • Your awareness of upcoming changes and want to ensure proper embedding in the organisation.

Profiel

This is youYou are an experienced regulatory reporting policy professional, and you communicate easily, both verbally and in writing. You work accurately and in a structured manner. You want to help the organisation properly comply with regulations through sound reporting. At the same time, you look out-of-the-box for new ways to improve. You can work in an international organisation.

This is complemented by:

  • A Master’s degree in finance / financial accounting or a comparable relevant field and good understanding banking regulations (Basel, CRR, CRD).
  • 10+ years of work experience in the financial sector, including relevant experience regarding regulatory reporting.
  • A great sense of responsibility, coping well with fluctuating work pressure and flexible to support colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and in (different) group settings.
  • Change management experience and affiliation.
  • Fluency in Dutch or English.
